Coinsilium Group (LSE:COIN), the digital asset growth and venture builder, has entered a convertible loan agreement and 12-month advisory deal with Beating Heart, a Singapore-based developer of an AI-powered advertising and commercial content platform.

The company, through its subsidiary Seedcoin, will provide Beating Heart with a 30-month convertible loan facility of up to $250,000, paid in three instalments, of which the first $100,000 has already been disbursed.

Full conversion of the loan, combined with a 1.20% equity facility fee, would give Seedcoin an aggregate stake of approximately 9.20% in Beating Heart's fully diluted share capital.

Beating Heart was founded by Blvck Paris, the global fashion and lifestyle brand, drawing on its own experience of the cost and complexity of producing commercial visual content, and is targeting a commercial launch during 2026 under a subscription model.

The deal extends a relationship dating back to February 2022, when Coinsilium advised Blvck Paris on its Blvck Genesis digital collection launch, followed by a Master Collaboration Agreement signed in September 2023.

Coinsilium's chief executive, Eddy Travia, will act as key adviser under the separate 12-month strategic advisory agreement, focused on Beating Heart's go-to-market and capital formation strategy.

"BeatingHeart was created by Blvck Paris in response to the cost, time and complexity of producing high-quality commercial content for the fashion and lifestyle industries," Travia said.

A scheduled repayment programme covering $126,000 begins in the twelfth month after execution, with any remaining balance due at the 30-month maturity date.

News Intelligence what this means for the company

Coinsilium's venture-capital subsidiary Seedcoin is deploying $250,000 into Beating Heart, an AI content platform backed by fashion brand Blvck Paris, via a convertible loan that would yield ~9.2% equity on full conversion. The deal extends a relationship dating to 2022 and pairs capital with strategic advisory from Coinsilium CEO Eddy Travia focused on go-to-market and fundraising—a typical venture-builder move for the company, but the investment size and stage (pre-commercial launch in 2026) offer limited near-term visibility into returns.

Investment case

This is a small venture deployment consistent with Coinsilium's stated model of identifying and incubating early-stage digital-asset and blockchain projects. The $250,000 commitment is immaterial relative to the company's scale (it raised £17m and accumulated 182 Bitcoin in 2025), and Beating Heart's commercial launch is still 12+ months away, so the investment neither materially advances nor threatens the investment case in the near term.
