Sulnox Group (LSE:SNOX) has agreed a distribution pact with Skyzone Technologies Pvt, marking the company's market entry to Pakistan and extending its South Asia distribution network after recent partnerships in India and Sri Lanka.

Skyzone Technologies is a Pakistan-based energy and industrial solutions provider active in chemicals, diesel genset systems and solar microgrids, and Sulnox is a greentech company that delivers lower fuel costs and emissions via a zero-capex model.

Under the distribution agreement Skyzone will market and deploy Sulnox's drop-in combustion efficiency technology to diesel genset operators across commercial fleets, mining, dairy and government-linked supply chains.

Skyzone has completed an initial market assessment and identified a first diesel genset user for a commercial evaluation programme designed to produce a local operational case study.

Pakistan, with a population above 240 million and annual diesel consumption exceeding 10 billion litres, has chronic grid instability that has driven widespread genset deployment and creates structural demand for fuel- and emissions-saving solutions.

"Pakistan completes a strong month for Sulnox across South Asia and represents what we believe is a particularly significant market opportunity," said Ben Richardson, CEO of Sulnox.

Skyzone CEO Muhammad Talha Saleem said the company's engineering credibility, existing government and industrial relationships, and the technology's drop-in profile have already generated early customer interest.

The immediate next milestone is the planned commercial evaluation in Pakistan to validate operational performance and build a local case study.
