The Aquis-listed greentech group has secured a fuel-additive supply agreement worth around 600,000 litres alongside a share subscription of up to £1.1m from Greek ship manager Spring Marine.

First-quarter revenue growth of 53.8% year-on-year, underpinned by its largest-ever supply agreement and a £2 million fundraising.

Sulnox Group's Sulnox Eco fuel conditioning technology took a Superyacht UK Sector Sustainability Award through distribution partner Barrow International, advancing to national finals in September.

Chief Executive Ben Richardson said the results "were achieved using existing vessels, existing engines and existing fuels, with zero capital expenditure," describing the evidence base as "the standard that drives real adoption across the sector."

Sulnox Group posted record full-year revenue of £2,623k and Q4 revenue of £929k, and raised £2m after the period to support further commercial expansion and R&D.
