t42 IoT Tracking Solutions plc (AIM:TRAC) said it has agreed a distribution and deployment partnership with Relegen Pty Ltd to take its tracking, monitoring and security products into the Australasia market.
Under the arrangement, t42 will supply its IoT sensing and communications hardware while Relegen provides systems integration, analytics and operational intelligence via its assetDNA platform. The announcement frames the deal as a development and deployment agreement rather than a simple reseller arrangement, aimed at delivering end-to-end monitoring and asset intelligence solutions.
The companies identified target sectors as government and public safety, defence and maritime operations, emergency services, infrastructure and utilities, and commercial and industrial asset management. No financial terms, exclusivity, or timeline for rollout were disclosed in the announcement.
The partnership is intended to leverage Relegen’s engineering and software capabilities to accelerate market access for t42’s devices across Australia and New Zealand, the company said. t42 described the combination as a route to provide low-cost, integrated monitoring solutions to new customers in the region.
"We are delighted to have secured a partnership with Relegen, further strengthening our ability to target a range of growth sectors across Australasia. We have a targeted approach to expanding our reach, and the quality of our partners is testament to the versatility of our products which provide proven, reliable IoT solutions to track, secure, and manage assets worldwide. We are focused on delivering quality end-to-end monitoring solutions and believe that the combination of key technologies and platforms provides a compelling low cost route to market as we focus on leveraging our core competencies to grow our product ecosystem across the globe." Avi Hartmann, CEO of t42, said.
