Fresnillo (LSE:FRES) declared a final dividend of 108.12 US cents a share for 2025, which together with the interim dividend of 20.8 US cents gives a full-year payout of 128.92 US cents a share.

Fresnillo, the world's largest primary silver producer and Mexico's largest gold producer, said the dividend reflects a 28% rise in adjusted revenue to US$4.6 bn and a 113.8% increase in gross profit to over US$2.6 bn, driven by operational improvements, cost discipline and a weaker Mexican peso.

"Our strong balance sheet and healthy cash generation provided the flexibility to pursue strategic growth," said Alejandro Baillères, chairman.

The AGM statement added that the group used that flexibility to complete the acquisition of Probe Gold in January 2026 and that the company expects at least one of its advanced prospects to join the development portfolio within the next two to three years.
