Pathos Communications (AIM:NEWS) has secured a US$0.7m, 12-month engagement from a longstanding non-profit consulting client, which the company says is the largest contract in its history.

The technology-enabled, human-led PR company says the deal increases revenue visibility, underpins management confidence in meeting market expectations for FY2026 and follows repeat work that began in 2023.

“That speaks not only to the results we deliver, but to the increasing value clients see in expanding their engagement with Pathos over time,” said Omar Hamdi, Founder and Chief Executive Officer.

The assignment covers Pathos's premium multi-channel services, including television placements on leading US national business networks, podcasts, written articles and book publishing, which the company identifies as higher-value channels driving diversification and margin progression.

The client’s lifetime value with Pathos rises to nearly US$1m under the new mandate, and the company notes repeat customers accounted for over 30% of FY25 revenue and are a growing part of the business.

Pathos says management believes there may be multiple similar upsell opportunities across the existing client base as the platform scales.
