Anemoi International, parent of Swiss regulatory technology firm ID4, said ID4 has signed an initial three-year contract with a major Swiss insurance and pension service provider to overhaul its pension client lifecycle management.
ID4 will deploy its ID4pension software-as-a-service platform to cover the client's pension operations end to end, from onboarding through back-office administration and strategy management. The rollout runs in phases to the first half of 2027.
It said this year's work centres on digital onboarding for bespoke pension clients and integration with the client's portfolio management system, replacing manual handoffs with automated data flow. And, in 2027, the scope widens to the client's full base, with ID4pension replacing the existing retail onboarding platform across all client types and distribution channels.
The project will be delivered jointly with a global IT and business consulting firm, using ID4's standardised implementation blueprint alongside the partner's execution capability to cut project risk and speed time to production.
Anemoi cited market data from Verein Vorsorge Schweiz putting the Swiss vested benefits market at approximately CHF154 billion in assets under management, with digitalisation of client lifecycle processes at vested benefits foundations still at an early stage.
The company described this engagement as ID4pension's most comprehensive deployment to date, positioning the platform to let the client grow assets and improve service quality without expanding headcount.
