The Palito Complex report is dated 1 June and the Coringa Mine report is dated 2 June, with both reports effective 30 January.
Both technical reports were prepared by NCL Ingeniería y Construcción SpA of Santiago, Chile, and follow NI 43-101 and CIM standards.
Named qualified persons on the reports include Mr. Carlos Guzmán and Mr. Nicolás Fuster, and the scientific and technical information has been reviewed and approved for Serabi by director Michael Hodgson.
