Tandem Group (LSE:TND), the AIM-listed designer and distributor of sports, leisure and mobility products, announced board changes on Monday with immediate effect.
Simon Bragg, previously a Non-Executive Director, becomes Non-Executive Chair.
Mark Taylor, who had served as Interim Non-Executive Chair, remains on the board as a Non-Executive Director.
Jonathan Crookall has stepped down after four years on the board.
The company said it has begun a search for an additional independent Non-Executive Director and said a further announcement will follow in due course.
