On the Beach Group (LSE:OTB), one of the UK's largest online package holiday specialists, said adjusted pre-tax profit for the year ending 30 September will land at £22m to £23m, in the top half of the £18m to £25m range it flagged at half-year results.

Total transaction value rose 6% year-on-year to £1.3bn, marking a fifth consecutive year of record bookings value, with bookings growth of 9% that the group said outpaced the wider travel market.

Summer 2026 booking momentum finished 4% ahead of last year, a reversal from being 1% behind at the time of half-year results in May, which the company attributed to shorter lead-time booking patterns across the sector.

On the Beach exits the year debt-free with cash of approximately £60m, having returned around £67m to shareholders through dividends and three buyback programmes over the past two years, equivalent to 15% of issued share capital.

Booking momentum has carried into the new financial year, with total bookings up 17% over the last eight weeks and repeat customer bookings up 18%.

"We are pleased to have delivered an FY26 adjusted PBT performance in the top half of our guidance range, following a strong Summer 26 season", said chief executive Shaun Morton.

The group issued FY27 profit guidance of £28m to £35m, implying growth of around 25% to 55% over FY26, while flagging the ongoing Middle East conflict and the broader UK consumer backdrop as risks. Full-year results are due on 1 December.
