Pennant International Group (AIM:PEN), a systems support software and training solutions company, has been awarded a new integrated product support services contract by the Canadian Department of National Defence to support and optimise its Auxilium suite across maritime programmes.

The initial five-year framework is estimated at C$15 million, with annual extension options taking the fully extended eleven-year value to up to C$35 million.

The contract, awarded to Pennant Canada, carries no minimum value commitment and is expected to continue existing tasks while enabling incremental revenue-generating services, based on historical usage and fixed prices with annual inflationary adjustments.

Auxilium integrates the GenS, Analyzer and R4i tools into a single solution, succeeding the OmegaPS applications, and has been used across Canadian navy maritime programmes since the early 1990s.

The framework is expected to secure recurring software and services revenues and aligns with Pennant's strategic shift toward higher-margin work.
