GCP Infrastructure Investments (LSE:GCP) has completed the sale of an anaerobic digestion project in Northern Ireland, generating proceeds of approximately £3 million that were applied in full to repay the borrower's outstanding debt to the company.

The infrastructure investment company, which targets long-term, public sector-backed availability revenues, said the disposal price was in line with the project's carrying value in its net asset value at 31 March.

Separately, following the completion of a solar debt financing announced on 30 June, GCP Infra has fully repaid the outstanding balance on its revolving credit facility (RCF).

The RCF commitment remains available to the company for working capital management.

GCP Infra noted that other near-term disposal processes remain on track as outlined in the 30 June announcement.
