Big Yellow Group (LSE:BYG) has contracted to sell its industrial estate in Bracknell, Berkshire for £6.3 million.
The UK's brand-leading self-storage operator runs a platform of 115 stores, with 75% of revenue coming from London and its commuter towns.
The disposal follows previously announced sales of industrial estates in Harrow and Staines.
Combined, the three transactions have delivered gross proceeds of £81 million to the group.
Big Yellow holds a pipeline of ten proposed self-storage facilities totalling 0.8 million square feet, alongside an existing platform with 6.9 million square feet of maximum lettable area.
The company's portfolio is set to reach approximately 7.7 million square feet once fully built out.
