Time Out Group (LSE:TMO) has confirmed the opening of Time Out Market Vancouver, the group's 13th Market and its second in Canada.

Spanning 51,000 sq ft, Time Out Market Vancouver features 18 kitchens, a dessert counter, a coffee counter, three bars, multiple event spaces and an outdoor terrace and hosts a curated mix of leading and rising Vancouver chefs, the company said.

The new space is operated under a Management Agreement within the Oakridge Park redevelopment.

A further four sites, one Franchise and three capex-light Management Agreements, which now form the majority of the group's portfolio, have been signed and are set to open in 2026 and beyond, with additional Markets in advanced negotiations.

The Market sits in Oakridge Park, a QuadReal and Westbank co-development spanning over five million sq ft that is planned to include 140+ global brands, accommodation for over 6,000 residents, and office space for about 3,000 creative economy professionals, one of Vancouver's largest community centres and busiest libraries, and six indoor and outdoor live-music venues.

Next scheduled openings in the pipeline for Time Out include Delhi (under franchise) and Abu Dhabi (management agreement), which are both expected in 2026, along with projects in Prague and Riyadh that also in the works.
