Ocado Group (LSE:OCDO) is in active discussions with potential candidates to succeed its current chief executive, the online grocery technology company confirmed on 22 June.
The statement, responding to media speculation, says the CEO and board "continually engage in long-term succession planning and regularly engage with potential candidates."
