ATC Music Group (AIM:ATC), the AIM-listed independent music company spanning artist management, live touring, merchandising and digital engagement, has signed Robbie Williams to its management roster and said its recently acquired technology business is already improving client delivery and internal operations.
Williams, whose catalogue includes 90 million album sales worldwide and a record 16 UK number one albums, is among the most commercially significant additions the company could make in artist representation.
The March acquisition of Push, which provides digital marketing, data analytics and fan engagement tools to the music industry, is showing early integration progress, with the firm's Cirkay Fan Pass deployed at several recent Robbie Williams live shows to drive direct fan engagement.
Elsewhere across the group, emerging US artist underscores has secured the main support slot on Charli XCX's US tour, while Radiohead's KID A MNESIA exhibition is running internationally following its Coachella launch, with dates in New York, Chicago, San Francisco and Mexico City.
On the events side, Joy Entertainment Group delivered a sold-out 50,000-capacity Nick Cave show in Brighton, and LiveX promoted a week of Joe Hisaishi shows at New York's Radio City Music Hall.
"As we grow the number of artist and client relationships across the business, we increase both the scale of the platform and the value of the data it generates," said Chief Executive Adam Driscoll.
