Drax Group (LSE:DRX) has received formal confirmation that the Financial Conduct Authority has closed its investigation into the company and will take no action.

The probe, which Drax disclosed on 28 August 2025, covered the period from January 2022 to March 2024 and centred on historical statements regarding the power generator's biomass sourcing practices, as well as compliance of its 2021, 2022 and 2023 annual reports with the Listing Rules and Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

The FCA confirmed it has no concerns warranting further investigation.
