Mendell Helium (LSE:MDH) has completed the acquisition of M3 Helium and has appointed Paul Mendell as Chief Technical Director following the deal which involved the issue of new shares to M3 shareholders.

M3 Helium is a Kansas helium producer whose flagship Rost 1‑26 well tested at 5.1% helium with a drill stem test maximum of approximately 2,900 Mcf per day, production began in early November 2025 and the most recently recorded flow in December 2025 was 250 Mcf per day, equivalent to approximately $1.4m of helium per year at $300/Mcf.

M3 Helium also has a second well, Rost 2‑26, currently being completed, leases capable of supporting four additional production wells, a joint venture with Ritchie Exploration to recomplete Schneweis Ventures 13 (a well with a drill stem test over 10,000 Mcf per day and a historic flow of 300 Mcf per day), interests in five producing Hugoton field wells tied into nearby infrastructure, on‑site gas treatment with tube‑trailer deliveries, and a developing Bitcoin mining operation in Nebraska.
