Creightons (LSE:CRL), the scaled beauty and well‑being group, will change its company name to Potter & Moore.
The move follows a board review that concluded returning to the original trading name better reflects the identity by which many customers and retail partners already recognise the business, the company said.
Potter & Moore has been the group's principal trading name since its origins in 1749 when Ephraim Potter and William Moore founded the original botanical beauty products business in Mitcham, England.
The board said aligning the corporate name with the group's principal trading identity will enhance brand clarity, strengthen recognition across key markets and support more effective engagement with existing and prospective partners.
The company expects a single, unified corporate identity to strengthen brand equity, improve marketing efficiency and support long‑term growth across both branded and private‑label channels.
Product packaging updates will be managed organically on a rolling basis as part of normal production cycles, which the company expects will cause minimal operational disruption and no material incremental cost.
The company's new TIDM code will be PAM and Companies House has received the name change certificate, with the new name expected to become effective in the coming days when a further announcement will be made.
ISIN and SEDOL will remain unchanged, trading in the shares will continue uninterrupted and the legal entity, board, management team and underlying operations remain unchanged.
Further information will be made available on the group's new website www.potterandmooreplc.com.
