Shearwater Group (AIM:SWG) said its subsidiary Brookcourt Solutions has secured a $1.2 million contract with one of Japan's largest financial groups.

The AIM-listed cybersecurity, advisory and managed security services group said the deal runs over three years with the banking organisation, described as one of the world's leading institutions.

The contract adds recurring revenue over the three-year term and reinforces Brookcourt's position within the global financial services sector.

Shearwater builds its business through a buy-and-build strategy across identity and access management, cybersecurity solutions, managed security services, and governance, risk and compliance advisory.
