Seraphim Space Investment Trust (LSE:SSIT), the listed SpaceTech investment trust, has confirmed that York Space Systems (NYSE: YSS) has completed its acquisition of ALL.SPACE, an SSIT portfolio company.
York entered into a definitive agreement to acquire ALL.SPACE in April 2026, and the business will now operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of the US-listed space systems group.
The deal brings together York's ground and space-based communications platforms with ALL.SPACE's technology, a combination that SSIT's chief investment officer James Bruegger described as targeting the defence communications market.
"Resilient communications are the bedrock of any modern military's ability to operate effectively. We are excited to see what impact this will have on the burgeoning global defence market," Bruegger added.
