Defence Holdings (LSE:LSE:VSVS) said the UK Government published a Transparency Notice today relating to a proposed Ministry of Defence testing engagement, valued at approximately £226,000, over a three‑month term to trial an integrated intelligence, decision‑support and operational effects capability.
The intent is to fuse open‑source and classified intelligence into a single analytical platform, generate Courses of Action and support rapid, human‑controlled deployment of authorised effects across cyber, information and supply‑chain domains, the company noted.
It highlighted that it would align with Defence Holdings' five‑year plan, as the UK's first listed software‑led defence company focused on sovereign digital capabilities.
A transparency notice, made available by GOV.UK, confirms that the £226,000 value covers the testing phase only, and that the engagement would convert into a contract award between the Ministry of Defence and Defence Holdings only once the relevant approval and procurement processes are completed.
