Potentially AI (LSE:AGI) has joined the BytePlus Partner Network, the enterprise partner programme of ByteDance's BytePlus arm, shortly after securing a place in the AI tier of the Google for Startups Cloud Program.

The AIM-listed company, which describes itself as a collective AI platform designed to work across multiple model providers, said the Google programme provides up to $350,000 of cloud credits over two years alongside AI training and access to Google's Vertex AI platform and Gemini models.

Those credits are expected to cut infrastructure costs during Potentially's launch phase, extending its cash runway.

The BytePlus arrangement gives Potentially discounted access to ByteDance's Seed model family, spanning video generation, image creation, reasoning and audio, plus advanced access to new model releases ahead of general availability.

Oliver Yonchev, co-founder and chief operating officer, said the tie-ups reflect the company's strategy of working with every model provider.

"We built Potentially to work with every model provider, and we are pleased that two of the largest are working with us", he said.

Early access to unreleased models is intended to let Potentially fold new capabilities into its platform before rivals gain broader availability, reinforcing what the company calls its "one platform, all models" positioning.

News Intelligence what this means for the company

Potentially AI has secured partnership access to infrastructure and models from Google and ByteDance—up to $350,000 in Google Cloud credits over two years plus discounted ByteDance Seed models with early access to unreleased versions. The credits are expected to extend cash runway during launch; early model access aims to let the company integrate new capabilities ahead of competitors. The moves align with its stated strategy of building a platform that works across multiple model providers.

Investment case

These partnerships reduce near-term infrastructure costs and provide competitive advantage through early access to new models, but neither announcement discloses revenue, customer traction, or cash position—making it difficult to assess whether the credit value and model access materially alter the company's path to profitability or competitive standing.
