Acuity RM Group (AIM:ACRM), the AIM-listed cyber-security software group behind the STREAM platform for governance, risk and compliance, has renewed and expanded a contract with a long-standing European manufacturing customer.

The combined agreement is worth in excess of £100,000.

It covers the annual renewal of the customer's STREAM software subscription, an additional block of consultancy days, and expanded services supporting the customer's information security management system and change management activities.

David Rajakovich, chief executive of Acuity, said the renewal reflects the value the customer sees in STREAM and the consultancy delivered alongside it.

"Supporting their ISMS and change management activities as their needs grow is a good example of how our software and services work together for our customers over the long term", he said.

The company describes the deal as a Reach announcement, meaning it does not consider the information to be inside information or material to management's performance expectations.

Acuity's STREAM platform is used across government, defence, broadcasting, utilities, manufacturing and healthcare markets, with the group targeting long-term growth through organic expansion and complementary acquisitions.

News Intelligence what this means for the company

Acuity RM has renewed and expanded a contract with a long-standing European manufacturing customer, bringing the combined deal value above £100,000. The agreement covers STREAM software subscription renewal, additional consultancy days, and expanded services for information security management and change management—a pattern the company frames as evidence of how software and services drive long-term customer retention. Acuity itself has classified this as a Reach announcement, meaning it does not regard the deal as material to management's performance expectations.

Investment case

The renewal demonstrates customer stickiness and willingness to expand service scope within an existing relationship, but the company's own immateriality classification and lack of disclosed customer concentration or revenue scale context limit what can be inferred about growth trajectory or earnings impact.
