GenIP (AIM:TEK), the AIM‑listed technology consultancy that provides AI-driven services, has entered a strategic resale alliance with Cardinal Intellectual Property, a US provider of patent searching, managed docketing, AI drafting and annuity services.
The alliance establishes a reciprocal sale relationship under which Cardinal will offer GenIP's AI analytics and drafting tools into its Fortune 500, government and law‑firm accounts while GenIP will distribute Cardinal's IP protection and managed services across its client network.
Commercial mechanics include a reciprocal fee schedule with fees reaching up to 30% on AI-enabled drafting services and a performance incentive designed to convert introductions into revenue.
Cardinal contributes operational scale, USPTO‑selected PCT search credentials and deep US client relationships that accelerate GenIP's entry to the corporate market, and GenIP contributes proprietary AI analytics and an international distribution footprint across 25+ countries to extend Cardinal's reach.
The partners say the arrangement is targeted at building subscription and repeat‑use, high‑margin channels and will be driven by designated commercial teams and a defined go‑to‑market approach.
"This Alliance with Cardinal IP gives GenIP a credible distribution route into the corporate enterprise segment, the largest and most recurring part of the global IP services market," Melissa Cruz, CEO of GenIP, said.
