Insig AI (AIM:INSG), a provider of AI-led analytics and machine learning solutions, has raised £0.2 million in a private equity subscription, priced at 15p per share.
The new capital comes from a high‑net‑worth investor, and its expected to support the company as it accelerates signing up trials that give prospects access to the company's Central Bank Model Context Protocol server.
The MCP server, Insig AI said, enables traders, portfolio managers and investment decision makers to interrogate what the company describes as the world's most extensive machine‑readable central bank datasets through any major large language model.
In April, the board resolved to accept an initial £250,000 of equity funding from Richard Bernstein at 20p a share, and Mr Bernstein has confirmed he remains interested in investing a further £250,000 at 20p a share.
