Ten Technologies Group (AIM:TENG), a customer experience and loyalty platform provider for financial institutions and premium brands, has launched a fully digital lifestyle platform for HSBC UK Premier customers.
The service reaches over one million eligible customers through the HSBC UK mobile banking app, accessible via the "Rewards and benefits" menu under the name "Premier Lifestyle".
Customers get preferential rates, priority access and curated content across travel, restaurants and entertainment, including access to around 30% of Michelin-starred restaurants and hotel pricing that averages 15% below standard online travel agents.
The launch delivers on the multi-year contract Ten announced on 5 January, initially expected to be categorised as a Medium contract, which the company defines as annualised client value between £0.25 million and £2 million.
The digital programme sits alongside Ten's existing high-touch concierge service for HSBC Private Banking customers, extending the relationship across HSBC's customer tiers.
"By combining seamless access through the HSBC UK mobile banking app with Ten's technology, supplier relationships and personalised engagement capabilities, the programme provides relevant benefits and experiences at scale", said Alex Cheatle, chief executive of Ten Technologies Group.
Cheatle noted the launch coincides with the company's rebrand to Ten Technologies Group, reflecting technology's growing role in its client solutions.
News Intelligence what this means for the company
Ten Technologies Group has converted its January contract with HSBC into a live product, launching a digital lifestyle platform to over one million HSBC UK Premier customers via the bank's mobile app. The rollout validates the multi-year contract Ten disclosed in January and extends its relationship across HSBC's customer tiers—pairing digital self-service for Premier customers with its existing high-touch concierge for Private Banking clients.
The launch demonstrates Ten can scale its luxury lifestyle offering beyond traditional concierge into digital-first channels at institutional scale, moving from a January announcement of a contract worth £0.25–£2 million annualised value into a live consumer product. This validates the company's pivot toward technology-enabled solutions and its ability to embed within major financial institutions' customer journeys.
