Beacon Rise agrees £100k funding deal

Beacon Rise Holdings (LSE:BRS) has entered an advanced subscription agreement with an existing investor to raise approximately £100,000.

The net proceeds are intended to meet a portion of the transaction fees associated with the Proposed Acquisitions and Admission and to contribute to the company's working capital commitments, the company said.

With this instalment Beacon Rise has now raised total gross proceeds of approximately £550,000 in advanced subscription agreement funds to date, which remain pending completion.
