PCI Pal (AIM:PCIP), the AIM-listed global cloud provider of secure payment solutions, has retained its contract with HM Revenue & Customs following a competitive re-tender process, with the new agreement running for an initial eight-year term.

The contract is channelled through one of PCI Pal's reseller partners as part of a broader communications services procurement by HMRC, and is expected to generate revenues broadly in line with the existing arrangement it replaces.

The win completes a run of contract renewals across PCI Pal's three largest customers, all re-secured on new multi-year terms since the beginning of its 2025 financial year, providing the board with long-term recurring revenue visibility.

"HMRC is one of the UK's largest customer service organisations, and this eight-year commitment is a resounding endorsement of our platform and our partner model," said chief executive James Barham.

The HMRC renewal supports PCI Pal's stated position as a leading secure payments provider to the UK public sector, alongside its broader global enterprise client base spanning both human-agent and AI-powered contact centre environments.
