SkinBioTherapeutics (AIM:SBTX) says FRP Advisory is in the final stages of a forensic investigation and is expected to deliver its report to the board in the coming days.

Once the Board has reviewed FRP's findings, taken external advice and considered regulatory and governance implications it will finalise the HY26 results with a restated (unaudited) FY25, the Newcastle-based life-science company focused on skin health said.

The group, which commercialises a SkinBiotix® platform across cosmetic skincare and AxisBiotix™ supplements and supplies its SkinBiotix® active to Croda under the Zenakine™ name, said the investigation's findings will be incorporated into its reporting timetable.
