Richmond Hill Resources (LSE:RHR) has confirmed high-grade gold mineralisation at its Sakoose Mine and identified a new target at New Church Lake, both within its Martello property.
The AIM-listed gold explorer's first surface sampling programme at Sakoose returned 25.9g/t gold from an outcrop between two historic stope shafts, alongside 16.2g/t gold from inside a second shaft, using metallic screen fire assay.
At New Church Lake, a bedrock sample returned 23.3g/t gold with visible gold present, while stockpile material at the same structure graded 7.53g/t gold.
