Crimson Tide signs three-year APCOA parking contract

"What makes this win particularly pleasing is that APCOA already uses mpro5 in Ireland, so they came into a competitive process against two other platforms knowing exactly what our product does day to day", said Jon Clarke

Crimson Tide (AIM:TIDE), provider of the mpro5 operational compliance platform, has signed a three-year contract with APCOA Parking (UK), part of the APCOA Group, one of Europe's largest parking management and mobility services providers.

The deal adds to Crimson Tide's contracted recurring revenue over the three-year term.

APCOA manages around 1.8 million parking spaces across more than 13,000 locations in 13 European countries.

Under the agreement, mpro5 will be deployed across three areas of APCOA's UK operations: car park auditing, patrols at hospital sites, and patrols by civil enforcement officers working on behalf of civil authority clients. The platform will digitalise inspection and patrol activity, capture evidence in real time, and give APCOA and its clients auditable data on service delivery.

APCOA selected mpro5 after a competitive process against two other platforms. The company already uses mpro5 in Ireland, and Crimson Tide's board believes that existing track record was a material factor in winning the UK deployment.

The contract marks both a new win and an expansion of an existing account into a further territory, a pattern consistent with Crimson Tide's stated growth strategy.

"What makes this win particularly pleasing is that APCOA already uses mpro5 in Ireland, so they came into a competitive process against two other platforms knowing exactly what our product does day to day", said Jon Clarke, chief executive of Crimson Tide.

He added the company looks forward to building a long-term partnership with APCOA "across both markets".

News Intelligence what this means for the company

Crimson Tide has won a three-year contract with APCOA Parking (UK) to deploy mpro5 across car park auditing, hospital patrols, and civil enforcement operations—beating two competing platforms in a competitive tender. The win extends an existing Ireland relationship into the UK market, aligning with the company's stated growth strategy of expanding within existing accounts across new territories.

Investment case

This contract adds contracted recurring revenue over three years and demonstrates mpro5's ability to win competitive processes against alternatives, particularly where the customer has prior product experience. The pattern of territory expansion within existing accounts—consistent with Cadent Gas's recent 12-month extension at higher rate—suggests a repeatable path to revenue growth, though the story does not quantify the contract value or ARR contribution.
