Caledonia Mining refiles NI 43-101 for Bilboes mine

It replaced authors in the Canadian technical report with individuals who do meet the NI 43-101 definition, and the updated report was filed on SEDAR+ yesterday.

Caledonia Mining Corporation (AIM:CMCL) said it had filed an updated "Bilboes Gold Project Matabeleland Zimbabwe National Instrument 43-101 Technical Report" on SEDAR+ after the Ontario Securities Commission reviewed the earlier Canadian filing and identified that some authors listed by DRA Projects (Pty) did not meet NI 43-101 qualified-person requirements.

The mining company originally filed the DRA-prepared feasibility study on EDGAR on 24 November 2025 and lodged the Canadian NI 43-101 report on SEDAR+ on 6 January, both with an effective date of 31 October 2025.

The company said DRA has replaced the authors in the Canadian report with individuals that meet the NI 43-101 definition and that the updated report was filed on SEDAR+ yesterday.

Under US mining disclosure rules DRA is able to act as the sole qualified person so the EDGAR-feasibility study remains unchanged and there is no effect on the Bilboes Gold Project beyond complying with Canadian disclosure requirements.
