Checkit (AIM:CKT), the automated monitoring and operational intelligence platform for frontline-led organisations, has appointed EC M&A as Joint Financial Adviser to manage discussions with interested parties as it progresses the Formal Sale Process.
The company said the appointment reflects the board's focus on maintaining an efficient and internationally coordinated process as it evaluates strategic interest.
The appointment follows the launch of the Formal Sale Process announced on 26 March.
