Vaultz Capital raised gross proceeds of £1 million via a subscription of 45.45 million new shares at 2.2p, supporting the company as it is potentially undergoing a strategic shift.

The Board said it is considering a number of significant corporate transactions aligned with the energy transition and the digital economy, including strategic minerals, AI and digital infrastructure, and any such deal would be subject to shareholder approval at a general meeting.

Vaultz Capital holds 134 Bitcoin and says its intention is to substantially maintain that treasury holding while committing to seek shareholder consent before any substantial disposal or change to its Bitcoin policy if a significant transaction proceeds.

The firm said it will keep a disciplined cost base, noting non-executive directors have not drawn salaries since October 2025 to conserve cash while overheads remain modest.

The company's Bitcoin holding is said to be worth about £7.3 million.

"With a strong balance sheet and a new focus on strategic minerals, AI and digital infrastructure, Vaultz is positioned to capitalise on compelling long-term opportunities and deliver value for shareholders," said Charles Wood, Executive Chair.
