A helium purchase agreement with a US buyer has been extended through to 31 March 2027, increasing revenue visibility for the Galactica-Pegasus joint venture.

Blue Star Helium shipped a third tube trailer from the Pinon Canyon plant on schedule, with a fourth already being filled, as Helium One flags scheduled trailer exchanges are now routine.

The second trailer delivery under Helium One's Colorado offtake agreement marks a step toward regular cash-generating sales from the Galactica-Pegasus project.

Helium One Global (AIM: HE1) has its first formal helium offtake commitment for the Galactica Project after operator Blue Star Helium (ASX:BNL) agreed a fixed‑price, three‑month purchase and sales contract for early production from the Pinon Canyon plant.

Proposed subscription will raise gross proceeds of £3.5m at 0.6p per share, with an additional Retail Offer targeting £1m.
