CelLBxHealth (AIM:CLBX), the AIM-listed developer of the Parsortix microfluidic platform for capturing circulating tumour cells (CTCs), said it has signed a new statement of work under an existing master services agreement with a US-based pharmaceutical company.

The contract, valued at approximately $65,000, covers processing around 100 patient samples through the Parsortix platform to isolate and harvest CTCs for downstream molecular analysis, including mRNA analysis.

It adds to a growing list of pharmaceutical and clinical partnerships CelLBxHealth has struck this year, including a master services agreement with AstraZeneca signed in May and collaborations with AdventHealth and The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust.

Management has guided for FY2026 revenue of at least £2.1 million, a 50% increase on 2025, citing a commercial pipeline of £3.5 million built in part on repeat business from established customers.

"This additional agreement demonstrates the value of Parsortix in enabling advanced molecular analysis while reinforcing growing commercial demand, repeat business opportunities, and our strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth within the biopharmaceutical sector," said Dr Jan Groen, Executive Chairman of CelLBxHealth.

Groen has been running the company on an interim executive basis since chief executive Peter Collins departed in July, with the board still searching for a permanent successor.
