Gunsynd (AIM:GUN), the AIM-listed gold explorer advancing the Barb Gold Project in Manitoba, confirmed on Friday that it has received a notice purporting to requisition a general meeting under section 312 of the Companies Act 2006.
The company said the notice followed recent movement in its share price and commentary on social media and internet bulletin boards, after details of the notice were posted online by an individual.
The board, together with its legal advisers, is assessing the notice's validity and will respond to the party behind it in due course.
