Sealand Capital Galaxy (LSE:SCGL) (LSE: SCGL) has launched SaturnGlitter, an AI data security platform, in collaboration with a specialist technology team.

The AIM-quoted technology investment company will operate the venture through a newly incorporated Hong Kong subsidiary, SaturnGlitter (HK) Limited.

The technology partner contributes proprietary technology and technical expertise, while Sealand provides the commercial platform, corporate governance and strategic oversight.

SaturnGlitter will develop data infrastructure and security tools aimed at helping organisations adopt artificial intelligence while managing privacy and regulatory compliance risks.

Sealand has flagged potential applications across financial services, healthcare, industrial sectors, digital identity and public sector infrastructure.

The launch extends Sealand's existing AI strategy, which spans computing infrastructure, enterprise software, digital finance and energy-related technologies.

"Enterprise AI is entering a new phase where trusted data is becoming as important as computing infrastructure," said Siqi Cao, chief executive officer.

He added that the platform "reflects growing demand for trusted data infrastructure" and strengthens the company's ability to support customers deploying secure AI solutions.
