Rosebank Industries (LSE:ROSE), the UK industrial holding company, has appointed Rachel Addison as an independent non-executive director, effective immediately.
Addison, a chartered accountant with more than 30 years of experience in finance and operations, will chair Rosebank's Audit Committee and sit on its Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
Her executive career included CFO roles at Future and TI Media, Managing Director at Reach Regionals, and combined CFO and COO responsibilities at Local World Limited.
Non-executive Chair Justin Dowley said the board was "delighted that Rachel has joined" and looked forward to working with her.
