Trellus Health (AIM:TRLS) plc (TRLS) said it has entered a master services agreement (MSA) with Gastro Health to partner on trial site performance using the TrialSet™ suite and to co-market each other's services, adding the MSA is "not immediately revenue-generating" but creates a framework for future commercial opportunities, the company said.
The filing said the MSA "further validates the strength and differentiation of the Company's TrialSet™ offering in the clinical trial sector" and that Trellus is in "advanced late stage discussions regarding an additional clinical trial collaboration" and will update the market in due course.
On funding, the company said it has reduced monthly cash burn to an average of c. $300k as of March 2026 and "expects its cash runway to extend into early April 2026." It added discussions are ongoing regarding a potential loan from certain Directors, the Convertible Facility provided by Alumni Capital LLC remains in place, and utilisation is currently constrained by market conditions.
Dr. Marla Dubinsky, CEO and Co‑founder, said: "This MSA with Gastro Health, alongside the recent extension of our collaboration with J&J and the continued roll-out of TrialSet™ across multiple clinical trials with our CRO partners, further supports the applicability of our platform and proprietary resilience methodology across the pharmaceutical lifecycle, from clinical development through to commercial deployment."
Trellus Health provides Trellus Elevate® and TrialSet™—platforms that integrate resilience-based methodology, coaching and analytics to support people with chronic conditions and to aid clinical trial and commercial patient engagement, with an initial focus on costly GI conditions such as inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), the filing said.
