Time Out Group (LSE:TMO) has entered a binding franchise agreement with Quint Digital, India's leading media‑tech company, to bring a Time Out Market to Delhi as the group's first global franchise.

Under the franchise, Quint will develop, fund and operate the Market while Time Out licences its Market concept and editorial standards and will receive contractual franchise fees and ongoing payments, with Time Out supplying branding and curation but not contributing development capital; the deal follows a three-year exclusive option granted to The Quint in May 2025.

Time Out Market Delhi will be sited at 5 Worldmark, Aerocity, is expected to occupy about 24,500 sq ft, will host 11 food and drink concepts alongside cultural programming, and will see Time Out editors work with the local team to curate the offering.

The agreement is presented as part of Time Out's strategy to scale its Market portfolio through capital‑light partnership models, joining 13 open Markets globally and several additional locations under development.

"This is a landmark moment for Time Out Market as we sign our first franchise agreement globally," Chris Ohlund, CEO of Time Out Group, said.

The Market is currently anticipated to open in the second half of 2026.
