Acuity RM Group (AIM:ACRM), the AIM-listed software group focused on the cybersecurity segment of the governance, risk and compliance market, has entered a three-year contract with a UK public sector organisation for its STREAM risk management platform.
The customer's identity has not been disclosed at its own request.
The deal carries annual licence fees of £45,000 plus initial services fees of £24,300, taking the total contract value to £159,300 over the three-year term.
STREAM will initially serve a single team addressing a defined set of use cases within the customer's organisation.
Other teams have expressed interest in extending the platform to enterprise-wide risk management, and Acuity is already working with one of them on that prospect.
Chief executive David Rajakovich said the win reflects returns from the company's investment in targeting the UK public sector.
"The initial deployment is focused on a specific set of use cases within one team, and we are in discussions with other teams within the organisation about wider use of STREAM as an enterprise risk management tool," he said.
The board said it is hopeful the customer will expand its subscriptions in future.
News Intelligence what this means for the company
Acuity RM has signed a three-year UK public sector contract worth £159,300 (£45,000 annual licence fees plus £24,300 initial services) for its STREAM risk management platform. The deal begins with a single team but carries expansion potential, with other teams already expressing interest in enterprise-wide deployment—a structure the CEO flagged as typical of the company's public sector targeting strategy.
Against Acuity's 2025 revenue of £2.1m and net cash position of £322k, this contract represents roughly 7.6% of annual revenue run-rate and is material as a public sector reference win with stated expansion scope. However, the deal's actual value depends entirely on whether those interested teams convert—the board's hope for future subscription expansion is not yet committed revenue.
