AFC Energy (AIM:AFC) will change its name to H-Power plc.

Shareholders are unaffected by the change, existing share certificates remain valid and should be retained, and the group will operate under the H-Power name as a provider of ammonia-based low carbon hydrogen production and hydrogen-to-power solutions, including decentralised ammonia crackers and fuel cell generators.

The company's website will move from www.afcenergy.com to www.h-power.co.uk at 8:00am on 14 May.
