Tritax Big Box REIT (LSE:BBOX) said the Secretary of State is expected to issue a planning decision on its Manor Farm data centre at Heathrow on or before 7 July.
The government has designated data centres as critical national infrastructure and said the Manor Farm scheme strongly supports the UK's digital strategy, the company added.
