Marks Electrical Group (AIM:MRK), the online electrical retailer, announced that Chief Financial Officer Tom Pallatt has informed the board of his intention to leave the company.
A search for a replacement is now under way.
Pallatt will remain a director and continue in his current role while the process runs, with a stated focus on ensuring a smooth handover.
