Dianomi, the digital content marketing and advertising platform, returned to growth and profitability in the second half of the year after reporting full-year revenue of £27.4 million for the year ended 31 December 2025, compared to £28.0 million a year earlier.
The firm's earnings loss (as adjusted EBITDA) was unchanged at £0.3 million, whilst adjusted loss per share widened to 2.99p. Gross margin improved to 27.1%, from 26.1%.
Dianomi added that it finished the year cash-positive with £5.8 million and no borrowings, and it will not propose a dividend.
"We entered 2026 with improved momentum and remain well positioned to capitalise on the opportunities emerging across premium digital publishing and AI-driven advertising," Chief Executive Rupert Hodson said.
Providing more granular detail, Dianomi noted that average revenue per click rose 7.4% to £0.58, programmatic revenue increased to £1.7 million, and publisher churn remained low at 2.9%.
Results were adjusted to exclude a non-recurring £0.2 million write-off of another receivable, and the prior-year £0.7 million share-based payment credit, and statutory loss per share was 3.70p (2024: profit 1.40p).
