Schroders Capital Global Innovation Trust (LSE:INOV) has increased its tender offer to £23.5 million less costs, citing positive cash generation within its portfolio.
The investment trust, which focuses on private market innovation assets, said the uplift in the offer size reflects recent liquidity improvements at the portfolio level.
The tender price will be determined on 16 September, with the result announced on 25 September.
Shareholders have until 1.00 p.m. on 23 September to submit tender forms or settle instructions through CREST.
Completion of the tender offer is scheduled for 29 September, with payments processed the following day.
