Mulberry Group (AIM:MUL), the British lifestyle brand, will appoint Sara Dickinson and Kenny Wilson as Independent Non-Executive Directors from the conclusion of its Annual General Meeting on 9 September.
Dickinson will chair the Audit Committee, bringing more than 30 years in finance including her current role as Group Chief Financial Officer of telecoms infrastructure business Boldyn Group. She previously served as CFO of standards and business improvement group BSI, and held senior finance roles at Costa Coffee, Sage Group and Expedia.
Wilson will join the Remuneration and Nominations Committee, drawing on his tenure as Chief Executive Officer of Dr. Martens between 2018 and 2025. He earlier led Cath Kidston through international expansion ahead of its sale, and held senior roles at Claire's Accessories and Levi Strauss.
Wilson currently serves as interim CEO of private equity backed outdoor brand K-Way and as chairman of streetwear label Represent.
Chris Roberts, Mulberry's Chair, said the appointments follow "an extensive process" and will bring "greater breadth and perspective to the Board" as the company continues executing its strategy.
Both appointments take effect immediately after the AGM concludes on 9 September.
