Georgina Energy (LSE:GEX) announced it has paid the full outstanding balance of $287,170.74 to extinguish a loan provided by CSS Alpha Fund, a move which the company says materially reduces its current borrowings.

The company said that its working capital position has strengthened materially following FY26 because recent capital raises, together with a warrant exercise have raised approximately £2.7m.

Georgina frames the repayment and the earlier conversion as part of a sequence of financing actions to reduce leverage and improve balance-sheet headroom.
